Local Authorities to Receive Federal Grants
Several local law enforcement agencies are about to have some extra money to spend thanks to a federal grant. The department of justice grants will give just over $23,000 to the Saint Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office and more than $57,000 to the Iberia Parish sheriff’s Office and the city of New Iberia.
