I NEVER received a response on the product (until it was a week overdue). I paid for expedited shipping (it took over 2 weeks) by USPS. I was happy with the product, but based upon customer service and shipping, EBay is a MUCH (!!!!!) more reliable option.
The product I ordered arrived exactly as it was promised in an excellent condition. Customer service agents were very prompt and responsive. It was one of the best online shopping experiences. I recommend all my friends who want nice Montblanc pens.

The price here on Amazon seems a bit high. I have dreamed of adding a Mont Blanc to my collection of fine writing instruments for many years. Finally, I found a dealer in Hong Kong who offered this ballpoint for $3.50 on eBay. I was stunned. The shipping was an additional $8.00 but it was sent registered mail and securely packed, although a box was not included. At last, I proudly display my Mont Blanc at the office and no one suspects that I only spent $11.50 for this beautiful little treasure. Shrewed and persistent shopping and years of searching and I have the pen of my dreams. After I received the ballpoint, I was given a second chance offer to purchase a set of blue Mont Blancs that included a ballpoint and rollerball. The craftsmanship of Mont Blanc is a bit disppointing after hearing so much about them but to have three Mont Blancs for under $20.00 is amazing when I have seen these in pen shops for upwards of $700 to over $1000. So, my advice is to shop around and don’t give up. You too can have several of these prized writing instruments without spending an inordinate amount of money.
To the child who left a review about this lovely, classy product. Keep your stupid opinions to yourself, you have no idea what you are talking about. Please wait until you have grown up and actually KNOW what you are talking about. This product is not for children. Okay, having gotten that out of the way, this is the best pen I have used. It is very comfortable to hold and write with. Just marvelous.
